You will learn to: Choose the best coffee beans, make black and white menus, and create your Signature coffee with Mauricio from Colombia.

Mauricio travels all over the world to export the best coffee beans and train Baristas.

The Animal Welfare League of Queensland (AWL) has been a sanctuary for homeless animals for 50 years. AWL is one of the largest companion animal refuges in Australia and has one of the most successful dog and cat re-homing programs in the country.
