THEFUTUREOFLEASINGANDMARKETING

Page 2: Informetrics Yearbook

2007 was a year of growth for Informetrics as we continued to work with long term owners of existing properties, as well as participating in the strategic initiatives of properties changing hands in a market that saw a tremendous amount of ownership turnover. New development in office, mixed use, retail, and industrial were a major part of our 2007 activities, as demand prompted the introduction of new product in all areas of the market.

Our clients are embracing the marketing innovations that we have been preaching for years and are finding that they facilitate the selling efforts of their leasing teams. They agree that it is an integral part of their asset management process, enabling them to reach further into the prospective pool of tenants with a more complete, immediate response, creating opportunities to properly position and expose their product to a broader base of prospects. They are finding that they are educating the brokerage community about their offerings in a more effective manner, thereby extending their message directly to the tenant base in a manner that properly informs the buying public about their offer. We have been successful in assisting our clients in correctly defining their value position and communicating it, using a variety of cutting edge tools that affect the entire sales cycle that leads to the point of lease or purchase contract negotiations.

Our thanks go to the many owners, developers, and providers of third party management and leasing services, for allowing us to be a part of your team. We promise to continue to improve our service delivery, provide innovative marketing solutions, and assist you in understanding, creating, and implementing marketing initiatives that drive your goals of value creation.

Focus on Innovation: Digital Signage

Informetrics has launched a digital signage and electronic directory initiative as an extension of our client’s marketing communications programs. Using internet technologies and interactive graphics, Informetrics designs programs that allow a leasing agent to make their sales effort during a building tour more effective, provide property managers with a directory that can be instantly changed from anywhere at anytime, create a building communications vehicle that facilitates the distribution of announcements or internal promotions, and deliver tenants current information on news, weather, and traffic.

Depending on the needs of your application, Informetrics will work with you to customize and deploy your digital directory. Utilize the same interactive funtionality that we employ on your project website such as interactive maps, or let us build a custom solution unique to the building, such as conference room scheduling tools.

Every directory can be administered and maintained from any computer with an internet connection.

Various interactive and dynamic content offerings are available including weather, news, sports, traffic, and building anouncements. The reliable touchscreen displays can be mounted almost anywhere, whether it be in-wall, in an exisiting enclosure, or in a new custom enclosure.
