DearNow that you have the experience and the guts to apply for an MC abroad, AIESEC El Salvador is happy to give you that chance to challenge yourself.

AIESEC El Salvador operations are based for now in the metropolitan area which is composed by San Salvador, Antiguo Cuscatlán, and Santa Tecla. On this area we have the four main entities: AIESEC MATIAS, AIESEC ESEN, AIESEC MONICA HERRERA, and AIESEC UCA.

Currently we have an expansion plan to cover more universities in the area and a possibility to expand to cities out of the metropolitan area.

Workign ConditionsA monthly scholarship of $200USD would be provided to each MC members*, and accomodation in case of international MC members.

The base scholarship will be $200 USD, there will be a monthly review of your goal achivements and according to your monthly results your scholarship can increase to $300 USD. Based on the team and individual perdormance the team will define wich amonestations will be applied to the ones that doesn’t reach their goals.

Working Hours40 hours per week, additional work of weekends might be required.

HolidaysEvery MC member can take 7 working days off. Additional to National Festivities, 5 days on Christmas and New Years Eve, 1 day after every National Congress and 3 days after every International Congress.

MC OfficeSo far there is no office for the national team, however rooms on university campus are used for meetings or activities. There is a high possiblity the new MC team will have an official office by the time the term starts.
