In order to implement user experience assessment protocol , we merge to approaches of human computer interaction : KEYSTROKE (Card et all.) and EPIC (Kiera's).The two models allow to define a wide range of modal operators usable for HCI purpose.But is it possible to exted their usability to clinical matters?

Questionnaire format for CMNK EPIC operators implementation

One site assessment implies easy -to -manage data support. The technician leading the assessment select a set of questions. The challenge is to perform HCI exploration via a short interview and without bias linked with this kind of protocol.The User's responses are registered in a paper file before scanned or recorded as numeric file.

EXPERIENCE VIA CMNKL EPIC OPERATORS The importance of each operator is issued in a histogram .ThIs simple graphic allows basic stats of HCI.

The USER's MODAL Profile:HCI style is in this case study marked by preeminence of keystroking and mouse pointing MODALITIES with a high degree of interruptions (spams? slowness of computer processor? low speed of the Internet connection?)

Occurrence calculation is performed by computerization of User's answers to questionnaire

Semi quantitative representation of human computer interaction events

CMNK EPIC CYBNERNETICS INDEX Given the occurrences of CMNK EPIC operators , one can build a scale for a

semi quantitative evaluation of HCI elementary tasks.

The value of each operator is a rank of a cybernetics scale.

This value is a descriptor or a indicator of the User’s state for the considered HCI mode.

Implemented operators are called Cybernetics Index.

By using CMNK EPIC operators We can create MODAL CYBERNETICS INDEX

for HCI analysis , based on User’s Experience.
