Your behaviour can help to motivate or to de-motivate your team. Think of a team you have been a part of that has been a great experience. What was good about that team? How did that team make you feel? How did you act in that team? Now think of a team that was not so good. How did the people get on? How did you feel? Did you give 100% to this team? When people work together as in a team, they can do great things. Put your thoughts on the diagram on the next page for both good and bad teams.
