The site was considered not buildable using traditional building methods because of site constraints. Goldwave provided a workable steel frame solution which overcome the challenges of geographical complexity as the site is located on a slope, low capacity foundation had been built and tiny site area provided very limited storage for building materials. The 24 storey building structure of 135,970 square feet gross floor area was completed in 14 months. The building itself won an award from the Amercian Institute of Architects.

Quality assurance is a fundamental element across all of our operations. The continuous investment of new facilities, procedures, rigid control by our expert team and our In-house JIS certified welders are integrated into our quality assurance system from initial enquiry through design, value engineering, materials ordering, fabrication to on-site erection.

Goldwave commits to implementing and maintaining an in-house health and safety management system in full compliance of related legislations and codes of practice.

We and our package subcontractors are fully engaged in executing our health and safety management policy, ensuring all of our staff are fully understand and comply with this policy.

Appropriate training is provided to all levels of staff before commence of work to ascertain all stakeholders are competent to safeguard their own health and safety at work as well as the others.

We seek for continual improvement by keeping abreast with the efficiency and effectiveness of the health and safety management system and reviews the same periodically based on the feedbacks from all levels of employees.
