Event and Full DisclosureEvery Infinity CentralStation includestwo hours of Event and Full Disclosureas a standard feature, includingelectronic ECG calipers. Built-in Eventand Full Disclosure capabilities reducethe need to purchase separate, costlyhardware. The Infinity CentralStationprovides continuous storage for up to16 waveforms, and 1,000 arrhythmiaand alarm events for up to 72 hours tosupport the most complex monitoring.
All events are classified and groupedby event type, making it easier toreview and assess a patient’s responseto treatment. Arrhythmia events aredetected with an unprecedenteddegree of accuracy using the multi-leadArrhythmia Classification Expert(ACE®) algorithm.
Infinity CentralStation
The Infinity® CentralStation gathersand displays information from Infinitypatient bedside and patient-wornmonitors for up to 32 patients. Dataaccessible from the InfinityCentralStation includes alarms, real-time waveforms and parameters,laboratory values, and respiratory andventilator information.
The applications in the InfinityCentralStation can enhance patientcare management by providing rapidassessment, decision support andclinical reporting. These applicationsinclude the following:

12-Lead Rest ECG AnalysisThe Infinity CentralStation generatesdiagnostic 12-lead reports whenconnected to Infinity monitorsequipped with a 12-lead capability.Reliable measurements andinterpretations are based on theGlasgow Interpretive ECG algorithmfor pediatric and adult patients.This proven algorithm considerspatient age, gender, race, and medicaland clinical classification – providinga more accurate interpretation.
Trend DisplayTo quickly determine the changesin a patient’s condition, InfinityCentralStation presents graphicaland tabular trends. Features suchas automatic scaling help cliniciansidentify slight variations that mayoccur with discrete parameters.

Infinity Remote Clinical Applications

File AccessFile Access is a powerful utility thatcollects patient demographics and vitalsigns data, including parameters andalarms, from the Infinity Network andexports it in ASCII text format. ASCIItext files can be easily imported intoa variety of clinical information systemsand commercial spreadsheetapplications.
WinAccess APIThe WinAccess API is a powerfulApplication Programming Interface (API)that can be used to integrate InfinityNetwork data (waveforms, parameters,alarms, demographics) with customapplications. It is designed for experienceddevelopers with an understanding of APIprogramming using C or C++ programs.In addition, the WinAccess API canalso be configured to create 12-LeadRest ECG output files for use bycustom applications.
