MIRKO RENÉ GRAMATKEMANAGING DIRECTOR, SOLON MUNICH OFFICE

Mirko René Gramatke has more than 17 years of industry and consulting experience in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology sectors. He has supported international clients from within these industries on numerous strategy, transformation and M&A projects. Furthermore, he is an expert in “tech-enabled business innovation”, with the goal of creating

sustainable and profitable business models for innovative topics like Blockchain, IoT, Artificial Intelligence / Cognitive Computing. Mirko is a regular speaker and panelist on these topics at international conferences and fairs.

Mirko René Gramatke joined the Solon Management Team at the beginning of 2018. Prior to Solon, he worked in various industry positions as well as at Capgemini Consulting and Deloitte. Mirko holds a diploma in business law and studied at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and University of Nordhessen.

THILO TECKLENBURGPARTNER, MERIDIAM

Thilo Tecklenburg is a partner at Meridiam and recently relocated from North America to Munich to help the firm originate, develop and manage projects in new and evolving sectors in select European countries. As COO for North America, Thilo oversaw the firm’s activities in that market for the past six years. He was actively involved in the structuring of

Meridiam’s North American landmark project, the LaGuardia Central Terminal Redevelopment Project, and also oversaw bids for several other pursuits in various market sectors.

Before joining Meridiam in 2013, Thilo was the head of Bilfinger Project Investments’ Development Team in North America. He has led consortia for projects in Canada, the U.S., Continental Europe and Australia.

Thilo holds an engineering degree and a Ph.D. from the Technical University in Brunswick, Germany.

KLAUS KATHMANNHEAD OF STRUCTURED FINANCE AND ASSET MANAGEMENT, STRABAG

Klaus Kathmann, Head of Structured Finance and Asset Management is a managing director within Strabag´s business unit responsible for PPP. He has over 15 years of experience in arranging, structuring and asset management of infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Strabag Group he was responsible for origination, structuring, and financing of infrastructure

projects at UniCredit, Munich and Dresdner Kleinwort in Buenos Aires and London.

Mr. Kathmann holds a Master Degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the University of Bamberg, Germany.

STRABAG AG is the entity within the STRABAG Group responsible inter alia with project development (and investments in) of public and private infrastructure.

STRABAG is one of the largest construction companies in Europe with over 75,000 employees and a consolidated turnover of over 16 billion Euros in 2018.

STRABAG’s strong experience as a project sponsor in PPP/ concession projects is evidenced by currently more than 37 projects in its portfolio, with the total volume of such projects amounting to over 10 billion Euros. STRABAG’s own level of committed equity in such projects is approximately 500 million Euros.

MORITZ MÜLLERDIRECTOR, DC ADVISORY

Moritz joined DC Advisory, a global investment bank providing independent M&A and debt advice, in 2013 and is a Director in the Frankfurt office covering the core and core+ infrastructure sectors in the German-speaking region. He has more than 12 years of experience in M&A advisory and has worked on a variety of transactions in the energy,

telecommunication and transport sectors.

Previously, Moritz held various positions in the M&A and Strategic Advisory teams of Dresdner Kleinwort and Commerzbank. Moritz holds a Bachelor in International Business from Tilburg University (The Netherlands) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong) and an MBA from Warwick Business School (United Kingdom).

CHRISTIAN BEVCGLOBAL HEAD INFRASTRUCTURE, KFW IPEX-BANK

Christian is a trained Banker and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Frankfurt. Prior to his current assignment he held various management positions in both Origination & Structuring as well as in Risk Management within KfW Group and for an Investment Bank.
