In any candidate-driven hiring marketplace, a short “time-to-hire” process ensures the protection of brand integrity, retention of candidate engagement and ultimately gives companies the greatest chance of hiring the best talent. DAY 1 CONSULT

• Review any hiring efforts to date & ensure the role is correctly scoped.• Obtain detailed understanding of the position, company culture & requirements for assignment.• Discuss potential target companies and sectors that will form the basis of the search environment.• Confirm all following stages in the search.

WEEK 1 SEARCH

• Adverts drafted & posted on appropriate job boards.• Searches across or active network of candidates. Longlist drawn up, candidates vetted & briefed.• 3-5 candidates presented for review (shortlisted/ad-hoc), interview reports & suitability. If fewer candidates, a short report detailing progress and any relevant

recommendations is presented.

WEEK 2REVIEWS &

INTERVIEW REQUEST

In 2016, InfoSec MD Chris Dunning-Walton founded Cyber Cheltenham (CyNam - www.cynam.org), a platform for Cheltenham’s thriving cyber security community to collaborate, network and innovate. CyNam is now the UKs largest cyber cluster, and has gained full support from GCHQ, NCSC, DCMS and the Gloucestershire Police, as well as local government and academia with over 200 people attending headline events.

InfoSec are also Institute of Information Security Professionals (IISP) corporate members, and regularly host IISP South West meetup events at our offices in Cheltenham.
