So much so, that it’s hard not to find a job site that doesn’t have a red can hard at work or on the back of a truck ready to get the job done. Tri-Poxy® coating lines the interior of all Chapin steel tanks (excluding stainless steel tanks). This photo shows the tank being crushed. Note that the coating did not crack, flake, or

chip under the extreme stress on the metal.

Chapin’s metal TriPoxy® and stainless steel industrial sprayers are designed with our unique Tri-Lock™ seal that ensures the pump cap tightly locks onto the tank, making positive contact with

the o-ring for a tight, leak-proof seal.

Many of Chapin’s industrial sprayers offer heavy duty die cast metal pump handles that stand up to the everyday abuse professionals can dish out. Oversized brass pump cylinders allow for quick

compression and long life. Ergonomically designed pump handles help professionals get the job done minimizing fatigue.

Chapin Industrial sprayers are equipped with Viton® seals and gaskets to handle the many aggressive chemicals used by professionals. To accomodate the chemical compositions and the higher solids in today’s solvents

and excellerators, select Chapin Industrial concrete sprayers are equipped with Xtreme® seals and gaskets that are resistant to the most extreme chemicals and concentrations of Acetone®, Naphtha®, Xylene® and Toluene®. These models display the large X on the tank.

Chapin’s Dripless Shut-Off seals at the nozzle tip to eliminate excess buildup in the extension wand that can cause unwanted drips when the shut-off is disengaged. Machined

and die cast brass internal components with high Impact plastic and ergonomic design ensures long life and maximum comfort.

Chapin Industrial sprayers are equipped with brass shut-offs and extensions. Each have a Lock-on feature. A red lock-on feature indicates shut-offs containing Xtreme® Seals to handle more corrosive

Chapin’s Dripless Shut-Off seals at the nozzle tip and eliminates excess buildup in the extension wand that can cause unwanted drips when the shut-off is disengaged. When the trigger grip is released from spraying, the shut-off seals at the nozzle tip keeping the excess product left in the wand from dripping. 6-8135 Professionals can add a dripless shut-off to an existing Chapin Industrial concrete sprayer easily. The 6-8135 Dripless Shut-off is equipped with Xtreme™ seals, a 19” brass wand, machined brass internal parts, ergonomically designed hi-impact plastic grip housing and includes hose barb attachment and standard threaded attachment.

6-6100Chapin’s Cold Weather Shut-Off is specifically for spraying form oil only in cold temperatures. No more dealing with stiff and brittle hoses in cold weather. The large ball valve shut-off allows for easy use when wearing gloves.It accepts any Chapin industrial brass nozzle and features a 24” angled brass extension wand with a .5 GPM brass fan nozzle. Compatible with 1949, 1979, 1999 sprayers.

With innovative features like automatic pressure relief valves, 18” brass shut-offs and extensions, metal pump handles and durable polyethylene 3 gallon tanks, these sprayers are ideal for the budget conscious contractor.

Like their TriPoxy brothers the 19049 and 19149, the 22049XP and 22149XP poly sprayers are built to handle the more corrosive chemicals without breaking down. Xtreme® seals and gaskets, brass shut-off/extension and large mouth opening make these the toughest Chapin Industrial poly sprayer in the poly lineup.
