QINFENG Robot Group is a combination of stamping manipulator independent research and development, production, sales and service, morden technology organization. The Group's general manager and core inventor Mr. Fu Guorong has been focusing on the research and development of blank-arm punching robots in the industry since 2006. It took eight years to successfully invent �rst, second, and third-generation smart stamping robots. QINGENG robots also are patented product that consist of "invention, innovation, outlook design, software design, and PCT". The series products have the characteristics of practicality, user friendly, safety, high efficiency, energy saving and stability. They are simply desinged for replacing manual stamping. Moreover, the products have been highly standardized and require only a customized gripper.

From spare parts to assembly and commissioning, the group and its subordinate manufacturing units committed to a scienti�c and rigorous inspection process and strictly follow the ISO9001 quality system requirements to standardize production and quality management so as to ensure the robot' s high-precision production process. All axes adopting high-performance absolute servo system, the circuit optimization, the overall performance is excellent, at the same time with power-off position memory function, to avoid the origin positioning reset trouble.

Using open programmable technology to support the trajectory editing, simple operation, flexible control, can store a variety of product information, interchangeability, a set can be long-term use.

Suitable for all types of stamping equipment on the market: gear punch press, pneumatic punch press and hydraulic press, and the machine can be freely connected regardless of the size of the tonnage and the height of the machine.
