VENA®SIL GLASSStraight silicone hose reinforced with fiberglass for high temperatures

Material: High temperature resistant siliconeTextile reinforcement: FiberglassTemperature range: -60ºC to 235ºC, up to 250ºC for short periods of time (-76ºF to 455ºF, up to 482ºF for short periods of time)Length: From 1 to 4m (3 to 13ft). Can be cut to smaller lengths upon request.Smooth inner and outer appearance. Suitable for use in straight lengths, with no bending requirements. It is possible to produce any special shaped hose (e.g. elbow, reducer, etc.) upon request.

VENA® MFManually conformable hose

Material: Silicone VMQ (Vinyl Methyl Quality)Structure: Patent E52446848A1Temperature range: -60ºC to +180ºC (-76ºF to +356ºF)Length: custom-made.Smooth inner and outer appearance, and blue color. Standard wall thickness: 5.5 mm (+1/-0,5mm), 0.22’’ (+0,04/-0,02’’)Main characteristic: The whole hose might be reshaped with the hands excluding the cuffed ends which are marked with vertical lines. It acquires a certain shape and maintain it even under extreme working conditions. The couplings are reinforced twice in order to avoid breaks or grooves on the silicone during installation.Applications: Industrial vehicles cooling and heating systems, cooling systems of every type of motors (cogeneration, automotive, nautical, aviation, etc.). Fluids transport in general industry.

ALU PROTECTIONSHigh temperature resistant

Special aluminum coated fiberglass designed to protect a specific area or the whole silicone hose where focused high temperatures are present.

All of our standard or customized products can be produced with this option.

Fasteners which loosen due to vibration are a challenge in well-supported engine blocks. To keep engines blocks sealed and prevent leaks we offer different types of hose/fitting combinations.

These custom engineered connections help the engine block to withstand extreme heat and vibration, while reducing cost, assembly and warranty issues.

CUSTOM ENGINEERED HOSE-FITTING COMBINATION

From one-piece projects to serial production we support manufacturers and engineers in developing and producing hoses which fulfill all of your system requirements. Our silicone shapes are engineered and manufactured according to the customer’s needs, so that we deliver in accordance to drawing specifications or samples supplied by the customer.

We produce hoses with a wide variety of constructions with different characteristics and mechanical properties so we can meet virtually all your requirements.
