SIR – Regenerative Burners
S/IR are regenerative burners for direct heating applications. S/IR are being used in pairs and they exchange heat during alternate suction and ejection of the exhaust gases. This system allows to get a large consumption decrease. S/IR is also equipped with a internal technology that allows to pre-heat the combustion air getting higher performances saving more gas than standard regenerative burners in the market. Applications:

BF/SR – Self Recuperative Burners
BF/SR are a self recuperative burners for direct and indirect heating applications. The integrated heat exchanger allows to get fuel saving up to 40%* (*it depends on application) BF/SR will be soon available from 50 to 250 kW with maximum flue gas temperature at recuperator of 1250°C.

N-BFN is a new series designed for industrial furnaces in iron and steel industries, in the fusion and treatment of precious metals, non ferrous metals, light alloys and all industrial alloys. They are also suitable for warm air generators and drying plants, in ceramic, glass and clay manufacturing, paint industries, industrial ladles, for post-combustion thermic plants, in plastic industries and paper manufactory. N-BFN is a low emissions series and thanks to aluminium and cast iron burner house it offers robust and reliable performance. N-BFN is available in the following versions:

Bruciatori Santin’s MXS series is the world most flexible and reliable industrial burner. MXS provides an extraordinary performance in furnaces, ovens and dryers, paint finishing lines, textile and paper machines, coffee roasters, food ovens, incinerators and grain dryers. Three sizes up to 2325 KW. This series in available with cast iron or aluminium house until 930 KW and stainless steel up to 2325 KW. MXS is available in compact mode with blower or in WB version without blower.

The VD air vein burner is used for different applications dryers, ovens, textile drying furnaces and other. VD generates a compact a smooth flame with low Nox emissions. VG – Air Vein family
Santin VG burner is ideal for heating fresh air make-up and process air heating applications. VG is a line burner constructed of cast iron burner bodies and stainless steel 310S air wings. VG is assembled from straight sections, tees and crosses to produce any configuration required. It is used in a duct with process air up to 250°C upstream and 500°C downstream. Thanks to our BS (brass spouts) nozzle mix we develop custom linear burners according to customer needs. BBA – Custom automatic linear burners BLOS – Custom manual and semi-automatic linear burner FB – Standard manual burners (only atmspheric) BBA and BLOS burners series can be developed in atmospheric or premix solutions using one of our MIXER in the catalogue The BBA and BLOS burners are mainly used for roasting machines, to warm up large pots, industrial deep fryers and galvanic processing. The burner works with methane gas or air suction LPG, manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel on request and available in different measures, in rectangular, square or round shapes. BBA and BLOS can be equipped with standard or special mounting plate, brackets and/or supports. This allow to install BBA in new or existing applications. All models are designed to work with low gas pressure. Manual models are equipped with gas safety valve and automatic models are design according to EN746-2 or NFPA standards.

LN – Linear Burners – (Nido D’ape) / LNS
The LN NIDO D’APE burner is particularly suitable in the textile sector, specifically in the ribbon processing, where the burner is applied in the cylinder to warm up it and process the textile. LN NIDO D’APE burner can also used in other heat processing including cleaning metal conveyors.
It is a premix burner designed to works with gas in low pressure and an electro fan or in air suction.
LN are available in standard models shown in the table below or in custom length (up to 4.500 mm). They are also available in stainless steel body.

Custom packaging solution are available for standard lengths. Bruciatori Santin realises packaging solutions according to EN746-2 or NFPA standards. LN – Scaldafilo is available in 4 lengths: 500/750/1000/1500 mm and it is equipped with basement vertically adjustable. It is also equipped with one stage gas train, mixer with blower and panel with control unit. LN Scaldafilo is mainly used for screws heating applications but it is also suitable for any industrial application where small and long flame is necessary. TR /TCU burner belongs to the small burner category available in atmospheric solution or premix with MIX100. TR have curved body TCU straight body. Thanks to its small size and low thermal power they are particularly suitable to warm up small industrial ladle, melting pot and for ceramic processing in RAKU kilns. TR /TCU gas burner may be equipped with basement otherwise thanks to its small size is possible hang it in any area.
TR/TCU series burner is designed to works with natural gas / LPG with minimum pressure of 1bar (high pressure).

TSG
TSG burner is a typical manual gas burner. it can be equipped with manual tap or safety valve which guarantee its use safely. TSG burner it’s mainly used in foundries and is used to heat up moldes, brackets, dies or any other part. It’s an atmospheric burner and it works with high pressure gas. TSG has a gas safety valve with flame sensor. TSG can be equipped with igniter 1,5 V or 230V.

SCALDASTAMPI
Thanks to ZOPPAS nozzle (and new JET), Bruciatori Industriali Santin develops custom SCALDASTAMPI burners.
The SCALDASTAMPI burner was created to warm up the dies for die-casting machines and moulding benches. It is ideal for mould heating applications. It’s made by an carbon steel square tube or stainless steel and flame spreading heads to warm up the two sides of the die. It can be produced by manual or semiautomatic operation with pilot mode, safety valve, gas electro valve and a timer to start at the set time.
The shapes of the SCALDASTAMPI can be square or rectangular. The measures are designed to warm up the die uniformly.

RS – Infrared burner
Using our RS nozzle Bruciatori Santin develops compact RS Rosette burners. The RS Rosette burner ( infrared burner ) is designed to be used under particular conditions and is made by refractory material whereas the flame spreader is made by stainless steel. This burner can be installed in different shapes and sizes and it is used flameless wherever heat is needed. This kind of burner is intended for foundries, lost-wax castings, for galvanic basins to dry the different pieces, drying furnaces and for other kinds of application.
It is supplied with on-stage operation. On request it can be equipped with a thermoregulator to control the temperature. An electronic device controls all the different steps for the automatic operation, preventilation, ignition, and detection that can be executed by electrode or photocell. This kind of device is installed inside the cabinet.

MZ Control Motor
Servomotors MZ are designed to operate VF, VFT and VFH butterfly valves and LMV linear modulating valves. MZ3 types are suitable for basic adjusting position, operated by cams connected to driving shaft. MZ5 type is suitable for advanced adjusting position, controlled by analogue signals with very high positioning precision. On request, available ATEX version (MZ.X) and/or 10Nm torque (MZ510, MZ310 and MZ210).
