MUST-IPRA, an industrial and financial corporation, was established in Kharkov in 1993.

Kharkov Central Design Office “Energoprogress” is a branch of Kotloturboprom Ltd.KhCDO “Energoprogress”, created in 1956, is a main organization in Ukraine specialized in engineering, modernization and rehabilitation of heat mechanic equipment and piping for thermal and heat power plants. According to design, engineering and technological documentation developed by KhCDO “Energoprogress” there were created, reconstructed and technically re-equipped more than 1000 boilers (with steam rate from 50 t/h to 2650 t/h) and about 1100 turbines of different types (with capacity from 2 MW to 1000 MW), heat and power plant pipelines in Ukraine, CIS and other foreign countries. KhCDO initiated the preparation and the realization of the conception - Technical re-equipment of worn out boiler and turbine equipment by its phased replacement during planned overhauls by the state-of-the-art power equipment with minimum alteration of existent infrastructure (without replacement by equivalent elements).

By the decision of the Labour Protection State Committee of Ukraine from 26.05.94 No. 51, KhCDO is approved as the Main specialized organization in Ukraine for design, reconstruction, modernization, production and inspection of maintainability and mounting of steam boilers and pressure vessels. KhCDO executes engineering and General Designer works in the field of reconstruction, modernization and technical re-equipment of basic and auxiliary equipment and pipeline systems of thermal power stations.

According to the license agreement with Babcock Wilcox Company (the USA) at present the project of the domestic boiler creation is worked over by SCC technology for power units 125, 150 and 200 MW.

Regulating Devices Enterprise is specialized in development, production, repair and assembling of hydraulic actuators, their elemental base, including large-expended actuating mechanisms (pumps, hydromotors, hydro power units, hydraulic actuators) which are widely used in control systems of metallurgical, energy, metal-working machinery, press-forging machines and other hydraulic complexes. Asset Management Company MUST-Invest offers its corporate clients an opportunity to realize business projects by means of individual investment funds which suppose leaving such projects in 3-5 years.
