Thermographicproof

Byviewingathermographimageofadoorway,theperformanceofanaircurtaincanbefully

Withchangingweatherconditionsandinsufficientattentiontoorknowledgeofanaircurtain,itfrequentlyoccursthatanaircurtainis

notproperlyset.Itblowseithertoostrongortooweak,withadischargetemperaturethatistoohighoritisnotswitchedonatall.Asa

resultthereisenergyloss,lowcomfort(draught)andanunnecessarilyhighnoiselevel.Specificallybecauseaircurtainsareintendedto

saveenergyandprovideahighdegreeofcomfort,BiddlehasdevelopedthefullyautomaticandenergysavingCHIPS-technology.

TheCHIPS-technologyadjuststhedischargetemperatureandthestrengthoftheairstreamtothechangingconditionsroundthe

doorwayindependentofeachother.ThetechnologyhasbeentranslatedintoafullyautomaticcontrolforIndAC industrial air

climateoutsideandinsidenearthedoorway.AlltheinformationiscontinuouslytranslatedbytheCHIPStechnologyintothecorrect

TheaircurtainisequippedasstandardwithenergysavingandhighperformanceECfans.Thesefanshavesteplesscontrol.The

automaticcontroldoesnothavetochoosebetweenpre-determinedspeedsettings,butcanbesettotheexactlevelrequired.This

clearpresetmenu.TheIndAC canbeautomaticallysetupusingtheintelligentsoftwarewhichis

situatedinsidetheaircurtain.Usageandfaultdiagnosticdatacanbeeasilyextractedviatheb-

touchdataport.Thedataportalsopermitssoftwareupdates,whichmeansitisnolonger

necessarytoopentheunitforthis.Extractinginformationfromtheaircurtaincaneasilybeachieved

Installationposition

Theavailableroomlayoutaroundadoordetermineswhereandhowanaircurtaincanbebestinstalled.Thankstoadiverserangeof

installationpositions,theIndAC aircurtaincanbematchedtotheconstructionalpossibilitiesofferedbythelocalsituation.Depending

onthesituation,theaircurtainiseitherinstalledhorizontallyaboveorverticallynexttothedoor,coveringthefulllengthorwidthofthe

doorway.Fortheverticalpositiontherearetwooptions:squaretothewallandparalleltothewall.Theunitshouldalwaysbe

positionedasclosetothedooraspossible.Incasethesituationdoesnotallowapositionclosetothedoor,Biddleoffersoptionalside
