OPERATING HOURSWe are open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. It is highly recommended that you book your Spa treatment in advance. The last booking is at 9:30 PM.

LATE ARRIVAL TIMEPlease arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please call to notify the spa receptionist as soon as possible. A late arrival may limit the duration for your treatment as we must accommodate the following bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICYIf you have a reservation and find yourself unable to keep an appointment time or if you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you notify the reception as soon as possible so that we can rebook your appointment. In order to confirm a service, we require a credit card number at the time of the booking.

SPECIFIC HEALTH CONSIDERATIONPlease be truthful in filling out the health evaluation form before your treatment. It will provide important information to the therapist, especially if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure or allergies to certain essential oils. Any and all of the information contained in the form will remain private and confidential. Further, based on this information, your therapist will tailor the massage in order to achieve optimum results.

PAYMENTWe accept all major credit cards and cash. If you are a guest staying in the hotel, you may request the spa services to be charged to your room.
