    COMPANY-HISTORY

    1989 : Started operations by Mr. Kapuppiah

    (Presently Chairman JYOTI Group)

    1992 : Took first loan

    1996 : Started business with Tata Group.1997 : Bought first CNC.

    1999 : Mr. Nityanand Sir joined as a M.D. in Jyoti Group

    (Presently M.D. of JYOTI group).

    2001 : Became Pvt. Ltd.

    2005 : Started engineering center with Mr. Bhaskar.(Presently CTO and Director of Jyoti Technical.)

    2008 : Have 4 plants in Pune and 1 plant in Chennai.

    2010 : Got Export order of Progressive & Transfer Dies.

    2010 : Started Stamping business in Pune, Markal.

    LEAVE POLICY

    Only After completion of probation period employee can avail paidleave.

    As per company policy employee can gate one leave against present oftwenty days.

    A leave must be sanctioned by his superior two days before and submitto HR Dept.

    Every year company will pay to employee the balance leaves payment.

    Without intimation/permission absenteeism will not be considered as aleave.

    ATTENDANCE POLICY

    Every employee should maintain time discipline.{General Shift 8:30 to 17:00, Ist shift 07:00 to 15.30

    IInd Shift 15:00 to 23:30 & IIIrd Shift 23:00 to 7:00}

    Three times late coming are allowed during onemonth, & other late coming will be deducted from

    salary.{for 10-20 min. half hour salary} {20 to 45 min one hour

    salary} {1-3 hrs, half day payment will be deducted} A employee who maintains proper time discipline

    will get a surprises gift from the company.{Two min. late coming also consider}

    The performance review is done by-yearly in the organization.

    The promotions in the organization are usually governed by thefollowing factors:

    Employees performance in his present job.

    How much potential an employee has for future responsibilities. Personal attribute, work habits, attitude towards self and others,

    ability to get along with the team, leadership qualities, personalcontribution to the success of the company determines hiscompetence for promotion.

    Feedback given by all those who work with the employee such as

    his superiors, subordinates, peers and the customers. Accuracy about the work.

    Bonus

    As per The payment of bonus act 1965, every

    company provide bonus to his employee min

    8.33% on his basic salary.

    But our company providing bonus on the basis of

    gross salary and that is 9%.

    As per The Employee State Insurance Act

    1948, company paid 4.75% amount on the

    gross salary, of that employee who is a

    applicable for it. Company paid ESI amount for securing

    sickness, maternity benefit, disability &

    medical benefit, and accident benefit For

    employee.

    REWARD - POLICY

    Company started new reward & recognition system

    from 1st April 2011, (Employee of the Year) and

    that reward given at the time of dasera.

    There are two awards 1) Office Staff -1

    2) Shop Floor - 1

    Criteria for selection :- That reward given on the

    basis of the performance, attendance, behavior &punctuality, accuracy about the work
