We work in partnership with Irish enterprises to help them start, grow, innovate and win export sales on global markets. In this way, we support sustainable economic growth, regional development and secure employment. Enterprise Ireland's priority is the achievement of export sales growth from Irish-owned companies. Export sales growth leads to an increase in demand for Irish goods and services, and increases the flow of income into the Irish economy. This is fundamental to job creation and maintenance in Ireland. All our services are geared toward helping Irish companies win international sales. Our range of services is extensive, from funding, to making introductions in key international markets. Many of our clients tell us that while the funding they received from Enterprise Ireland was helpful, the non-financial assistance, like introductions to experts, buyers and potential customers, was most valuable. Enterprise Ireland works with entrepreneurs and business people across the full business development spectrum - from early-stage entrepreneurs, to established business owners and Irish multinational companies. Enterprise Ireland is a national and global organisation. We have a national network of nine regional offices throughout Ireland and over 30 international locations, facilitating access to more than 60 countries worldwide.

Enterprise Ireland has a team of business and specialist advisers based in Ireland, who work with colleagues located in our international office network, to help Irish companies compete for and win international sales.

Enterprise Ireland clients are assigned a Development Adviser according to stage of development (e.g. start-up, established or high growth) and sector (e.g. food, pharmaceuticals, international services).

Other specialists work with clients to help them achieve global success, for example: Technology Advisers work with companies and research institutions to develop innovation capability and to commercialise research. Market Advisers work directly with client companies to help them to win export sales in international markets.
