• Goal : everybody has to understand our game.
• Concept of the game : high indivdual responsability for every player,but it is different for every player. Accept mistakes (acceptable andnon-acceptable mistakes) = limited autonomy
• Team rules = autonomy
• Mastery : Creative games (=stupid games), concept of the exercises,increase the power, game-like. Fun !!!!!!!!!

I have the feeling that I am able to prioritise individual interest over
team interest, so that every individual has the possiblity to develop.
And off course, our society is easy. As long as I win with my teams,
my ideas are good
