For that a comprehensive andfocused anti corruption Lokpal bill

was one of the measures needed

But the Bill tabled by the UPAGovt is an

itsy bitsy bill, that barely covers !

So the war on corruption will move out

from the streets ofDelhi to the by lanesof Indias towns and villages.


The battle that started with

the Lokpal Bill will now be

expanded into an all out

war on corruption.

The Lokpal is the ombudsman of the

people to oversee the administrativeprocess .


It must oversee all thoseinvolved in the decision

making without exclusions

fund flow and protect it from corruption.


Every one from the Prime

Minister to the village Patwari

in the administrative chain ofdecision making must be

within the ambit of the Lokpal

easily, because they now know its use.

fails to make the Lokpal Bill

comprehensive, the next will.
