    KEY FACTS:

    Over a period of 25 years the Iron Ore Resources have gone up by about 7.7 Billion Tons after producing about 1.7Billion Tons.

    Cut off grade is taken as 55%. Hardly any Greenfield explorations. Most of the magnetite deposits not explored - even the explorations made are also of shallow depth of 50-60 meters.
