    1. The Superintending Engineer, Meerut Circle, RED Meerut on behalf of Governor of Uttar Pradeshinvites the % (percentage) rate bids in electronic tendering system for construction of roads under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the district of BULANDSHAHAR for following packages withestimated cost including their maintenance for five years as mentioned against respective packages inthe table below from the eligible and approved Contractors registered with UP PWD/UP RES, in appro-priate class (A,or B as per limit) or equivalent category in CPWD/ MES/ P&T/ Railways and other StateGovt. and Central Govt. Departments.

    3- Date of release of Invitation for Bids through e-procurement 10/04/20134- Availability of Bid Documents and mode of submission:

    a. The bid document shall be available online from 10/04/2013 to 10/05/2013 and should be submittedonline in http://pmgsytendersup.gov.in

    b. The bidder would be required to register in the web-site which is free of cost. For submission of thebids, the bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the authorizedCertifying Authorities.

    c. The bidders are required to submit ,(1) Original demand draft towards the cost of bid document ,(2) Original bid security in approved form and(3) Original affidavit regarding correctness of information furnished with bid document as per provi-sions of Clause 4.4 B (ii) of ITB with Superintending Engineer, Meerut Circle, RED Meerut , on adate not later than last Date and time for receipt of bids through e-procurement of the Bid, either by registered post or by hand, failing which the bids shall be declared nonresponsive. Bidder shallwrite only the bid-id-number (generated through e-tendering web site on submission of bid on-line) onthe envelop containing the documents mentioned above in para 4-c and the package number for whichthey have bid. Bidder SHALL NOT WRITE their own names or name of their firm on this envelop inorder to ensure confidentiality of the bid.

    d. Last Date/ Time for receipt of bids through e-procurement: 10/05/2013 upto 12:00 Noon and thetechnical qualification part of the bid shall be opened the same day from 1:00 PM in the UPRR-DA office(4th Floor,Ganna Kisan Vikas Sansthan,New Berry Road, dalibag,Lucknow) .
