India: Protect Pavitri Manjhi

Dear Director General of Police Naya Raipur,

Pavitri Manjhi experiences ongoing harassment for her advocacy work on land rights for the Adivasis. Police have been unresponsive to her reports of harassment and threats of physical violence. We ask you for effective and prompt steps to protect her from further threats, harassment, and intimidation, so that she can continue her work for the human rights of her community.
