Examinations
We confirm that the following examinations for the in-vitro test and for the assignment of the biocompatibility were made in accordance with the interna-tional norm EN ISO 10993-5:2009 “Biological judgment of medicinal device – tests for in-vitro Zyto toxicity”.
The examination was provided according to the GLP guidelines (Good Labora-tory Practice) by the test laboratory Dr. Zwisler, Konstanz.The potential effect was examined in vitro with L-929 fibroblasts. The examination and determination of the cell vitality and survival ratio was made with the help of the MTT test.
Result
All materials showed a very high cell-vitality ratio of up to 98%. innoBlanc htp and innoBlanc splint do not have any cell toxic potential and may be described as exceedingly biocompatible.

The examination was provided in accordance with the GLP guidelines (Good Laboratory Practice) by the test laboratory mdt GmbH (medical device tes-ting), Ochsenhausen.
Result
All materials showed an extremely low content of MMA-remaining monomer (0,07%-0,10% at innoBlanc htp and 0,19% at innoBlanc splint).
The materials innoBlanc htp and innoBlanc splint fulfill the requirements described in the ISO 20795-1 in an extremely high degree.
