current employment and personal situation.• Experience in Network Marketing is not required.• Immediate support is provided by their Sponsor and “Upline” as necessary.• The company provides support through their website, audio/video media and

teleconferences.

Zrii Independent ExecutiveThings for you and your Prospects to think about when signing up:

• You should be looking for Leaders! Leaders will sign up at Premium Level!• Signing someone up at levels less than Premium makes it potentially more difficult for

them to sign any of their prospects up at a higher level.

Example: Let’s say your prospect signs up at the “Essentials” level ($499.95). When they introduce people to the business, they might get asked “Well, what level did you do?” It’s harder to convince someone to sign up for more money if they don’t have you as an example.

• Signing someone up at levels less than “Premium” impacts the amount of your “Fast Start” bonus.

Example:

You can see the significant difference in these amounts

• Someone signing up at the lower levels (Basic or Essentials) has less to lose. Try to find out if this is their thought process. If it is - BEWARE!

• They may not try very hard.• They may stop trying if confronted with a few disappointments.• They may quit the business altogether.

Make sure the people you sign up are motivated to make this a successful business venture for themselves. Do not sign up friends or family who are doing so just to make YOU happy.

Success in this business requires a sustained commitment – Find those people!

• As the sign-up level decreases, so does the amount of product they get to start their business.

Example:

AUTOSHIPWhen someone joins as an Independent Executive, they are required to sign-up for a monthly “autoship” of product. Their choices are:

Things to Consider:• To participate in ANY of the bonuses, an IE has to have some level of Autoship (PV).• The amount of Autoship impacts the Fast Start and Unilevel Bonuses:

AUTOSHIP (cont’d)

Things to Consider:

• The amount of Autoship impacts the Fast Start and Unilevel Bonuses:

Unilevel Bonus:– One of the qualifying factors in move up in “Star” rankings is your amount of PV

(personal volume). This is basically your Autoship value.– If your PV is less than 240, then you can not exceed a 3-Star ranking!

• If the people in your organization sign up for the minimum autoship ($120.00), your OV (organizational volume) will be slower to grow. It will take a lot more people in your group to reach the OV required to get to higher Star rankings!

Zrii Preferred Customers (PC)

• This enrollment is for people who want to become consumers of the product but are not interested in the business opportunity.

• Preferred Customers can chose from the various Autoship options available (same as for the IE).

• One 4-pack is enough to supply two individuals approximately one month of consumption.

• The amount of the PC’s Autoship will count towards your monthly PV and OV.

Support Roles

Signing people upYou, as a Sponsor, have the responsibility to introduce your people to the company, the product, and the business opportunity.

Responsibility of a Sponsor:

• Train your enrollees to be able to introduce and explain the business opportunity on their own.

• Initially help them talk to their prospects until you and they feel they are ready to do it without you. Put a plan in place to achieve this independence.

• Explain the Prosperity Plan.• Answer all questions. If you are unsure of an answer, direct it to your Upline. DO

NOT guess at the answer!

IE Enrollment Training

7Created by Doug ConklinFebruary 2008

Support RolesResponsibility of an Upline (but not the Sponsor)• Provide guidance and assistance to your organization:

– Answer questions about the business;– Talk to prospects to help “seal the deal”;– Share communications from above;– Motivate, Motivate, Motivate.

IE Placement• Once you sign someone up, that person goes into your “holding tank” for 24 hours.• If you do not place them within this 24 hour period, they will get automatically place as

a “frontline” to you.

• You then have 30 days to decide where to place your new IE down in your organization. To do this, you need to call IE Support (801-878-8046), and they will help you do so.

• If you are placing someone below your frontline, you should first speak to the impacted IE in order to gain concurrence. (see Appendix “How to Build an Organization”)

• Make sure the new person you are placing understands this process.– Explain to them that they may not know their frontline IE, however you, as their

sponsor, have the primary responsibility for their success.– Explain that proximity to you has no bearing on what they can earn.

Training tipsGeneral:• Do not position yourself as an expert in the business or in the product.• Do not spend time trying to convince someone to join.• When presenting the opportunity, if married, try to make sure both husband and wife

are present.

The Company:• Let the company supplied videos and website do most of the talking.

The Product:• Let the company supplied videos and website do most of the talking.• Become a consumer of the product. Be conscious of how you feel – has anything

change physically or emotionally? – share your experience with others. Be truthful.

Training tips (cont’d)

The Opportunity:– This is not about buying, selling, or storage of product.– Show excitement around the benefits of the drink provided to society.– Express the benefits of getting involved in a Network Marketing company at the

start (The power of timing and positioning).– Keep it simple.

The Prosperity Plan:– Use this training manual as a guide.

How to Succeed in Networking Marketing:– Read “The 45-second Presentation that will change your life,” by Don Failla.– Listen to Zrii Training CD.

The Fast Start bonus plan was put in place to quickly reward the right behavior of the new Independent Executive (IE). That behavior is – start growing your business by duplicating yourself.

There are two Fast Start Bonuses:• Fast Start Training Bonus (Paid Weekly)• 5% Fast Start Bonus Pool (Paid Monthly)

Fast Start Training Bonus

How it works:

For every person you personally enroll, you will receive a bonus over the first three months of their enrollment. The percentage of bonus paid is based on your personal autoship value (PV).

Example: Let’s assume you have an autoship PV of 240+ and you enrolled someone in at the Premium level ($1200.00 PV) with a $255.00 Autoship commitment.

• In Month 1 - you earn 40% of the enrollees PV which is $1200. The enrollee has no autoship PV in the first month. Therefore, you will earn $480.00.

• In Month 2 - you will earn 30% of that enrollees PV. In Month 2, their PV will only be $255.00, the autoship amount. You earn $76.50.

• In Month 3 – you will earn 20% of that enrollees PV of $255.00. You earn $51.00.

So for that 1 person, you’ll earn $607.50!

How it works:

Another Example: Let’s assume you have an autoship PV of 120 and you enrolled someone in at the Essentials level ($400.00 PV) with a $120.00 Autoship commitment.

• In Month 1 - you earn 30% of the enrollees PV which is $400. The enrollee has no autoship PV in the first month. Therefore, you will earn $120.00.

• In Month 2 - you will earn 20% of that enrollees PV. In Month 2, their PV will only be $120.00, the autoship amount. You earn $24.00.

• In Month 3 – you will earn 10% of that enrollees PV of $120.00. You earn $12.00.

So for that 1 person, you’ll earn $156.00

So you can see, there is a significant loss of opportunity for you when your enrollee doesn’t sign up for the Premium level Business Builder Kit!

$607.50 versus $156.00 – That’s a $451.50 difference!

Additional bonuses will be paid starting in the second month as can be seen in the table.

How this affects you: Once the people you personally enroll start to enroll their own people, you with be rewarded for their efforts! This kicks in on the second month of the new person’s enrollment.

Example: Let’s assume your enrollee has an autoship PV of $255 and had enrolled someone the month prior at the Premium level ($1200.00 PV) with a $255.00 autoship.

• In Month 1 - you get no Fast Start bonus for this person.• In Month 2 - you will earn 5% of that persons PV. In Month 2, their PV will only be

$255.00, the autoship amount. Your IE earns $76.50 (30%). You AND your Sponsor both earn 5% of $255, or $12.75

• In Month 3 – you and three levels above you will again earn $12.75This isn’t a lot of money but it all adds up!

5% Fast Start Bonus Pool

• This is a variable rate bonus which changes monthly.• The value of the Pool depends on the amount of money generated by new enrollments

within the last calendar month on enrollments.

For example: A January Bonus Pool will be generated by new enrollments made in January.

How it works:

If you personally enroll 5 new people (IE or PC) and you have a minimum autoship value of $120 each, within a calendar month, you will earn 1 share of that month’s bonus pool. Additional shares will be earned for every additional 5 enrollments.

The company takes 5% of the total enrollment value each month. This becomes the value of the Pool.

All IEs who qualified in that month will receive a bonus equal to the value of 1 share.

Example: Let’s say the total new enrollment value in January is $1,000,000.

The company will take 5% of that and create the FS Bonus Pool, therefore $50,000.

If 100 IEs qualify for 1 share, then $50000.00 divided by 100 equals $500.00

Remember. . . . the Fast Start bonuses are intended to:

• Put money quickly into the new person’s hands!• To reward the right behavior of signing new people up!• Get people excited about the business!

Unilevel Royalty Bonus (Paid Monthly)

In this section we will discuss:

• General Information• “Star” Levels• Dynamic Compression• Business Centers

General Information>

• The Unilevel bonus is where the significant residual income will eventually come from.

• This bonus pays 9 qualifying levels (Levels 1 -9). Qualifications will be discussed in the “Star” Levels section.

• The sum percentage paid out by the company is 40% with an average of 5% across all 9 levels.

• Qualifying to get paid all 9 levels requires a minimum ranking of 7-Star Executive.

Unilevel Royalty Bonus

“Star” Levels>• There are 11 “Paid as Rank” positions in the Unilevel, from IE through 10-Star IE.• Progression through the ranks is determined by various “qualifying” categories. They

are:• Minimum Monthly PV• Minimum Monthly OV• Minimum % per Leg• Rank Qualifications• Leg Requirements

Minimum Monthly PV• This is your personal volume (PV) which can be satisfied by personal autoship (AS) or

retail customer orders.• Your PV must be $120 or greater in order to meet this qualification for earning a

Unilevel bonus.• PV less than $240 will qualify through a rank of 3-Star only. Ranks 4-Star and above

require a PV of $240 or greater.

Minimum Monthly OV• This is your organizational volume (OV) which is comprised of your PV plus all other

volume in your organization (everything below you).• As your OV increases, you start to qualify for higher Star rankings. For example:

Ranking IE 1-star 2-star 3-star 4-star 5-star 6-star 7-star 8-star 9-star 10-star

“Star” Levels (cont’d)>

Maximum % Per Leg• This “qualifier” assures that you build and support a fairly balanced organization.• This does not affect your ability to move up the ranking until the 6-Star level.• At 6-Star, this requires that no one of your “legs” produces more than 60% of your

total OV.

Rank Qualifications• This “qualifier” puts requirements on the performance of your organization, starting at

the 4-Star level.

For example:

In order to qualify as a 4-Star, you are required to have at least one 3-Star somewhere in your organization.

To become a 7-Star, you are required to have at least three 3-stars; 10-Star: three 6- Stars.

To conclude this section on “Star” Levels, you need tounderstand these requirements so that you and your

IEs can build solid organizations for financial success!

Dynamic Compression>

• The concept of Dynamic Compression pays Unilevel bonuses from the bottom of your organization, up.

• With Dynamic Compression, you have the ability to make money beyond your 9 qualifying levels!

• If someone in your organization quits the business or is a non-performer, Dynamic Compression just jumps over that person. That way, the loss of one person has minimal affect on your organization.

We will show the concept of Dynamic Compression with a graphical example on the next page.

Your first Business Center is your original 3-leg organization.

Once you reach the status of 4-Star, you are allowed to create a 2nd Business Center. What this means is that you are allowed to become your own 4th front-line.

And when you reach the status of 6-Star, you are allowed to create a 3rd Business Center. This would be your own 5th front-line.

Matching Bonus (Paid Monthly)

• An IE must personally enroll at least one IE or PC each month in order to earn this Bonus. This enrollment requirement goes away once 7-Star rank is attained.

• The Matching Bonus pays between 10 – 20% of the Unilevel check of the people you personally sponsor.

If your Rank is:– IE through 2-Star, your bonus is 10%– 3-Star through 5-Star, your bonus is 15%– 6-Star through 10-Star, your bonus is 20%

Example:

• You have 6-Star ranking and have personally enrolled 10 people. You have also met your enrollment requirements.

• This month the Unilevel checks paid to these folks will sum to $75,000.00 in total.• As a 6-Star, you are entitled to 20% of the $75,000.00, or $15,000.00 this month!

• Remember, this is in addition to your own Unilevel Bonus!• This is also why it’s important to work with the folks you personally sponsor no matter

where they are placed in the organization.

How to Run a Successful Opportunity Meeting

An Opportunity meeting is one of the best ways to introducing this business opportunity to others. It is also a great forum inwhich to train your IEs.The key success elements of any meeting include:

– Organization/Logistics– Content

• Organization/LogisticsHave your meeting area prepared

Seating• Do you have enough seating?• Will everyone be able to see and hear the speaker? The television screen? Other

visual displays?

Refreshments• Will you be serving refreshments? Will there be enough? – Select items that will not

be disruptive to the speaker (e.g. you don’t want candy in wrappers, nuts in a shells – Avoid noisy stuff!)

Samples• Will you be serving Zrii samples? Will there be enough? Do you have cups?

Technology• Is the DVD in the DVD player and ready to play? Have you tested it?• If using a computer-

– Are you connecting to the TV? A projector?– Do you expect attendees to view a computer screen? Is it big enough?

• Sound: Make sure the person in the back of the room can hear.

Handouts• Avoid providing any information/material to your guest. This will allow them to not

listen to you.

Start Time• Do everything in your power to start on time. This shows respect for your guests time.

Telling people to show up 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time helps reduce the number of late-comers. This 15 minutes is great for “Meet and Greet” time.

Facilities• Prior to or at the start of your meeting, make sure people know where the exits and

bathrooms are.

Applications• Be prepared to sign people up at the end of the meeting. Either have a computer
