serious mishaps may also occur endangering life of the student for which either the Polytechnic/$nstitution or the

,rgani5ation/+orporation not at all responsible and the students are not entitled for any damage or compensation.

$ also abide the safety guidelines given by the Principal which were prepared by the %ational

Safety +ouncil# $ndia and my son/daughter/ward shall follow all the guide lines for safety when they are in the work3

shops/4aboratory/,rgani5ation/6ield work etc. applicable . Also# my son/daughter/ward has already attended theorientation classes conducted on safety aspects at the polytechnic before they went to the work3

mishap during the course of study and $ndustrial attachment for months in the final year. 2e are giving this

undertaking voluntarily without any force or coercion.
