Helping US Firms’ staffing by providing degreed & trained, remote Architects & Engineers at low monthly costs.
INCREASING YOUR TEAM’S PRODUCTIVITY
ISP was founded in 2006 by Mitesh K. Smart, PE, LEED AP just before the great recession. Mitesh started the company because he was nding it very di cult to nd CADD designers in the US to support his existing team of engineers at his US
based A/E rm.
cation in his staff not only carried his company through the recession, but ensured his existing staff wasn’t overloaded. Over the course of the next 10 years, Mitesh learned the secret sauce to be able to operate a 24-hour cient and highly productive A/E rm while creating the best culture in both the US and in India.

ISP BeginsExpansion
2009-2014 2018
In 2015, Mitesh’s engineering rm noticed double the revenue per billable employee compared to his competitors which led to the acquisition of his engineering rm. After the sale of his US engineering rm, Mitesh began expansion of ISP to other A/E rms in the US to help small to medium A/E business owners in the US.
ISP now has remote based professional architectural and engineering designers, CADD operators, construction estimators, administrative assistants and quality control engineers placed in several US rms.
As an engineer who came from India at an early age, Mitesh was able to capture the American dream by starting, building, and selling a successful A/E rm in the US. Now his goal is to pay it forward to his colleagues in the US.
I started this program because I know how hard it is for small to
medium businesses to nd design staff in the US. This makes it
hard to grow a business and adds stress to the existing staff.
By adding support capacity for your team members, not only will existing staff members be more
productive, but your company can start growing at manageable costs.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN PLANS & RENDERINGS
This is a new technology that ISP has performedthroughout the world on various projects. Afterreceipt of point clouds, ISP can create full BIMmodels of the existing condition. This saves theclient extensive time & provides the best qualityAs-builts.
ISP can prepare full construction documents with minimum oversight from the client. Weutilize US codes & materials/methods in our design. All documents are created using theclient’s standards.
ISP can prepare schematic drawings/ design development or pre-development packagesfrom sketches provided by the Architect of Record.

ANIMATIONS/ FLY-THROUGH & WALK-THROUGH
ISP can create beautiful fly through's ofyour building which allows the end clientto visualize their building as if it was alreadybuilt. Coupled with VR technology, this canbe an excellent tool to convey the Architect'svision.
3D PRINTING & DELIVERY OF YOUR MODELS
ISP works with several 3D-printingcompanies. We can create the fullbuilding model in BIM and then haveit 3D-printed, shipped and deliveredto your doorstep within a few weeks.
