LoCloud Tools and Services Training in Hacettepe University

• Hacettepe University has been completed a training programme that 79 archivists, librarian and students participated in.

• As part of the training program a survey questionnaire was conducted to evaluate expectations for further assessments and publications.

Training Program

Results

• LoCloud added new features to help more people and organizastion in Turkey for sharing their content.

• Cloud computing services, metadata harvesting and mapping, publishing the content on Europeana.

• More than 70 participants trained in MINT, MoRE, LoCloud collections and Europeana.

• At least 1.000 people heard for the first time in conferences about sharing cultural heritage, microservices, Europeana, aim and trends.

Expectations

• Multinational studies have to continue on content sharing, developing technological services and raising awareness.

• Team Turkey open for new collaborations.
