The concept of gamification at workplace or play at work may appear counterintuitive to organizations.

After all, all employers want their employees to focus more on work rather than allowing them to waste their time in playing Angry Birds or Candy Crush Saga at the office.

However, with the changing times the employee productivity and employee engagement theories are also changing.

Examples of Gamification

Gamification is still an emerging concept and above examples do not suggest that

you always need a gaming application to engage your employees.
