Ince Consultancy LLP is an independent consultancy firm associated with the international network of Ince & Co - international law firm. It provides a wide range of commercial services throughout the life cycle of a project. Established to extend the range of services provided by Ince & Co, we offer a full range of commercial services to our clients in our key sectors of shipping, aviation, energy, insurance and international trade - all sectors in which we have an enviable track record. We also deliver tailored services for various other segments.

Ince Consultancy LLP is registered in the UK, and provides its services out of Hamburg.

Our approach is to provide our clients with considered but pragmatic and innovative assistance during the life time of a project starting with the idea. Due to our background, we are able to benefi t from close links with the comprehensive Ince & Co network should legal input be required.

Clients across our chosen sectors are working with us as their advisors, introducers and arrangers. Being the bridge between the initiator of a project, the fi nanciers and investors, we work closely with domestic and international companies, insurers, banks and investors from various sectors.

OUR FEE APPROACH

Different requirements need different pricing models. We are, therefore, happy to offer you a variety of innovative and tailored fee arrangements.

We work to success fees where introductions are effected – these can be dependent on volumes, complexity or type of funding raised. For advisory work we can agree hourly rates, collars or fixed fees or a combination of these to suit your requirements. Our pricing is as flexible as we are.

Dr. Jan HungarManaging Partner

Jan is an industrial engineer and lawyer with specialist industry knowledge of the shipping, insurance, energy and real estate sectors. Jan delivers fi nancial, corporate, investment and structural advice to clients considering investment opportunities, M&A and other transactions as well as using his extensive network of contacts to make introductions and bring interested parties together. Jan is also an expert in restructuring, trust and enforcement matters.

Regina LangholzPartner & Managing Director

Regina studied economics in Germany and the UK – her career includes working as Finance Director and Tax Advisor. Regina delivers fi nancial tax and audit advice as well as fi nancial due diligence services.

Jan HeuvelsPartner

Jan has an English legal education. He is an expert in management matters as well as being an insurance and reinsurance specialist dealing with complex, international insurance matters.

Dr. Tim SchommerPartner

Tim specialises in shipping and insurance. He has a German legal education and provides support on German related consultancy matters.

Daniel JonesPartner

Experienced in the shipping, energy and insurance sectors, Daniel is a UK educated and qualifi ed lawyer based in Hamburg. He specialises in UK related consultancy services.

Alexandra EwertSenior Project Manager

Having studied economics in Germany and worked as relationship manager for a major bank, Alexandra joined Ince Consultancy to manage fi nancial advisory, restructuring and workouts on behalf of our clients.

Stephen JarvisBoard Member

Stephen is a corporate specialist advising on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and re-structuring and international investment opportunities.

Alan HodgsonBoard Member

Alan studied Accounting & Law in England, is a chartered accountant and a specialist in managerial fi nance and auditing.

REGULATORY

Ince Consultancy LLP is an English LLP and operates its business out of Hamburg. Our team members are industrial engineers, chartered accountants, bankers, tax advisors and German and English lawyers, all being specialists in our core areas of competence.We have taken out professional insurance with a well-known German insurer. Details need to be discussed in connection with the mandate. We off er mandate letters under German, UK and Hong Kong Law.
