My partner AK Singh and I have more than 30 years experience (combined) in export business, joined together to explore and to present rich handicraft of India to the global buyers. Incas is a pure service company. We offer a completely transparent supply chain with no hidden costs and encourage our clients to visit the factories and suppliers with whom we work on their behalf. We receive compensation only from our clients and all affairs are held in the strictest of confidence. Our only goal is to offer our clients’ in-trend authentic Indian handicrafts in unbeatable prices and do value addition on products through in-depth experience in designing, sourcing and manufacturing processes so that products become more saleable to increase the Profitability of their businesses. With increasing complexities in supply chains, product sourcing & fulfillment from multiple vendors has become a real challenge for global corporations. Efficient handling of processes - design & development, communication, quality control, logistics - imminently requires an efficient & smooth collaboration. With a sound market base having association with over 100+ suppliers, adequate infrastructure and a wide spread network, Incas is involved in India operations to help our clients such a way that buying become a Peace of Mind for them!!

Our responsibilities for you:
• Arranging vendor base whenever required to meet the Buyer's need.• Sampling of Merchandise to specifications.• Facilitate & Co-ordinate the Buyer’s visits to India.• Controlling the raw material quality & quantity to ensure compliant merchandise as per Buyer’s country regulations (if applicable). • Negotiating the best prices from suppliers.• Regular communication and co-ordination.• Quality assurance & inspections of the Merchandise on all stages before dispatch.• Planning for shipping of merchandise on-time, container arrangements as per volume or consolidation as per requirement. Regular tracking of vessels and update to clients.
