    OPERATIONS

    Pandemic & Lockdown

The hostel maintained 80% overall occupancy in 2019-20, which however

dropped to 25% (20 students) during Covid lockdown. The hostel(s)

continued to stay operational through the lockdown & thereafter, in the

interest of Prelims 2020 students. All services like mess & housekeeping

continued while adequate safety measures, such as Covid SOPs, infrared

thermometer, hand sanitisers, surface disinfectant, posters etc. were put in

place to ensure that the hostel stayed a Covid free zone.

    Shri Architji Chandak (IPS -

    2018 Batch) had an inspiring

    and Karol Bagh hostels) attended

    5

    Vol 2

the talk on tips and tricks on cracking UPSC. Mr Archit then spent an hour

with the UPSC Interview Students guiding them on the same.

Many thanks to Shri Architji Chandak & also Prof. Kishan Prasadji Darak

    who coordinated the session.

'Twice the Fun' – is how the students put it – after the Conclave Session on

Dec 13. It was a very engaging 2 hour session with Shri Niteshji Jain

    (CA, IRS – 2018, 96th Rank) & Shri Diwakarji Bothra (Mentor &

Coach for Civil Services Aspirants). Full of energy – with lots of student

queries and apt convincing answers, the session finally ended with

quenched minds but also thirst for more.
