    A graduate program for teachers of children categor-ized at mentally retarded or emotionally disturbed will be Initiated on the Queens Col-lege camptia this fall. Presi-dent Joseph P. McMurray has announced

    T h e program will lead to a m a s t e r of sc ience degree and s ta te cert i f icat ion with special izat ion in teaching of the menta l ly retarded or of the emot iona l ly disturbed.
