Further, Your Affiant was informed by Shaffer that aftercommiSsion of said robbery, Shatfer anc Petty arrived at the residence of the defendant.Kathleen Roland, located at soo Shawn.~, Apt. a, Bartktsville, Oklahoma. 7. Your AffIant, as well as other law enforcement personnel, Interviewed the defendant.Kathleen Roland. The defendant told Your Amant that after the robbery, Petty andShaffer Ciiilnleto her residence. Further, the defl;tndant related 9 conversation withShaffer. Shaffer told her: "She said the guy was trying to rape her anally imd that shewas trying to fight him off, and that Rusty had come and hit him with a tire iron, and thenthey had like left and come back to town".

B. Further, the deferldsnt stated that she obserYed blood on the pants petty was wearingand that Petty requested another pair of p'l1nts. The defendant provided petty withanothel' pair of pants. The defendant de8Ciribed the blood on Petty's pants as toltowa;"Like it 'Wasonly on the part above his knees.
