B. Delegates Liaisons Issue:

Decision Point 1: How do we handle the invitation of delegates? Do we make NSINC by invitation only, this can make the convention seem prestigious compared to it being open to any college students? If so, how do we go about the recruitment process? Nico suggested that we invite a certain percentage, at the same time open it to the public.

Option 1: By invitation: The event will seem prestigious but there is a danger of few delegate turnout during the event

Option 2: :Open to the Public

Option 3:: Invite org officers, and top students, and give them a discounted rate. But, allow walk-ins at a higher rate. So we can get those who are initially inclined with investments and at the same time give opportunities to those who are interested.

            **Resolution: Option 3

Problems Raised: How to handle logistics with OAS, since we would have to submit names.
