In my opinion, Nursiah should respect the University’s account department’s policy. Then, he should cut

off some of Badruddin’s pay and brought it forward to the next month. et the University pay him

!"#$%% this time and the rest !"&'%% in the next months.

I will use tahsiniah ethical principle to support my answer. (ccording to tahsiniah, one must respect each

other and have dignity. It is not a must but it will be better if they do, our life will be much more

meaningful and hamony.

 Nursiah was given responsibility to handle claims of lecturers. )hile the account department was given

responsibility to disburse the claims, and those claims must not exceed what is there in their policy.

These responsible people must respect each other. Nursiah must respect the account department’s policy

and the account department tried to respect those claims while not disturbing the University account

 budget. *ince, the account department is in a tighter situation than that of Nursiah’s. Therefore, Nursiah

should consider ma+ing an adustment with Badruddin’s claim. "oreover, if loo+ed at the date of classes’

one of them is in "arch and if Nursiah brought forward that "arch claim to next claim, the mount of

claim for -ebruary will become exactly !"#$%%. Thus, this will solve the problem they face. n the

other hand, Nursiah should discuss with Badruddin of their conflict and he might agree to this because hedid not lose any pay, only that it is brought forward.
