Presidents Report This week was the five days of the golf; what a great effort put in by Club members, thanks to all. It would be easier to mention those who weren’t able to come to the Golf, than those who did, but it would be remiss of me not to thank all of those who have participated. Many helpers came for multi-days, a substantial com-mitment. In no particular order, thanks to; Kerrie Geard, Ken Mirams ,Mal Parks ,Chris Werner, Harry Wolfe ,Timothy Dark, Charmaine Jansz, Malcolm Sawle ,Richard Shermon ,Geoff Stockdale, John Sime ,David Langworthy ,Megan Glenwright, Tony McKenna ,Tony Phillips ,Pat Seager ,Lynda Doutch ,Chris D’Arcy, Clem Quick, David Rushworth, Martin Fothergill ,Richard Jones, Heather Chisholm, John Beaty, Jill Kimpton, Jim O’Brien, Geoff Abbott, Roger Frewen, Greg Every, John Manks, Ross Phil-lips, Fred Hoffman, David Lea, and our “foster” mem-ber Greg Penaluna. See photos on page 4. Thanks to David Hone who filled in at short no-tice when Mike Hede had to work. Apologies if I have forgotten anyone. There were a few challenges, and a few highlights; one special highlight was the great support and coop-eration from Huntingdale Club. We really appreciate the collaboration and the opportunity to be part of the Masters Golf, this year being responsible for particu-lar carparks worked really well. A special mention to James and his Jamespack, and Wolf and his Wolfpack, for their contribution, thanks to all. As I write this I’m looking forward to our celebra-tory meal tonight at “The Grange”, James and Megan

have a special gift for fun and hospitality, thanks for organizing our debrief, as you organize so many events. The Christmas 30th subcommittee are in the throes of ensuring that this party on the 10th of December is fun for all. See invitation on page 3. Members will be receiving a separate invitation. Make sure it’s in your calendar. We have ob-tained a lot of addresses for past Presidents and members; it should be good to meet up with them. As Kerrie said to me today, it’s nearly half the year over, being President is going so fast. Next week I look forward to our speaker on Sandring-ham College.
Be a gift to the world, Trish
