Room rental:

The room rental for the Locations Clubhaus andOstschleifenterrasse will be charged per day. A room rentalis always necessary for the Clubhaus. In the restaurant itdepends on the type of use (exclusive/non-exclusive).In thefollowing flat rates the room rental including basic cleaningon the day of the event is already contained in the price.Installation and deinstallation times can be booked for anadditional fee depending on availability.

Staff:

Our professional and friendly service and kitchen staff willbe at your disposal during the entire event. According toyour wishes and ideas, the staff planning is carried outaccording to your needs, so that you can enjoy your party ina relaxed atmosphere.

Seating:

The existing standard interior and exterior seating isincluded in all rooms. We would be happy to ask our partnerfor further seating options for larger groups or individualideas and you will receive an offer for your desired seating.

Table linen:

The appropriate table linen for our in-house seating isincluded in the price. If required, this also includes black bartable covers and white cloth napkins.

Dishes, cutlery and decoration.

Dishes and cutlery:

High-quality Leonardo glasses, shiny Hep cutlery andcream-coloured RAK dishes as well as our barbecue &buffet equipment is available to you free of charge at theevent, depending on your needs and the number of people.If you are not satisfied with our in-house selection, ourpartner will also supply the appropriate equipmentaccording to your wishes and for an additional charge.

Decoration:

Included in the all-inclusive price is a theme-related floraldecoration by our cooperation partner that matches theevent. Small vases with seasonal flower variations are used.

We are happy to take personal wishes regarding the flowerorder into account. Further decoration wishes can beimplemented at any time for an additional charge.

Quality prevails! The First-Bar in Detmold, under themanagement of a cocktail world champion, is the rightcontact in this area. We would be happy to ask the team foryou.

Parking.

Various parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of thelocations are available to you and your guests free ofcharge. If you would like to leave your vehicle on thepremises overnight, we recommend the parking area at thehead office.

More than 100 parking spaces are available in the area ofthe Ostschleifenterasse. Crossing the bridge, participantsimmediately reach the upper floor of theOstschleifenterrasse, where the TURN ONE Restaurant islocated.

Directly around the Clubhaus there is space for about 25vehicles. Another 50 vehicles can be parked conveniently atthe SUV building, which is less than 2 minutes walk away.

For larger groups we recommend using the parking area atthe head office in combination with a shuttle service.

Security and cleaning staff.

Security:

You have many guests and have to hire a security service?No problem. We would be happy to organise trained andfriendly staff to keep an overview during your party. Thepersonnel costs for security amount to € 47.60 incl. VAT perperson and hour.

Stand-by cleaning:

In addition to the included basic cleaning, it is sometimesuseful to check and clean the sanitary facilities during therunning event. We are happy to provide an additionalcleaning stand-by service for you. According to the price list,this is charged at € 47.60 incl. VAT per person and hour.
