Our edgeAs importers and distributors we buy in bulk and sell directly to our customers. We pass the cost benefit to our customers whenever we can. For those that seek volume, we can offer tailored solutions including dedicated container shipments, warehousing and economical take-off distribution.

How to order from us
1. Call us or email us to open an account. Its quick and takes only 5 minutes to complete the process.
2.For businesses, an account manager will come to see you and present our product catalogue. We will offer you a solution that meets your needs, and establish your unique delivery requirements.You can also set up standard weekly or monthly orders which will be automated as per your requirements.
3. Once your account is set up its easy to place orders. Simply call us 8am-5pm Monday to Saturday or email us to confirm your order.

A long round cut with a diameter of 1.8 mm. Spaghetti comes from the word spago which means spring. Universally loved, they are best served with oils and aromatic herbs, maybe fish or vegetables. They should not be served with meat sauces - a frequent error outside Italy is to dress spaghetti with meat sauce - the pasta slides over the minced meat without picking it up - heresy.

A long cut from Gragnano, wider than liguine and rougher on the tongue, a characteristic that enables it to take up more sauce. They used to be called pellussielli, because of the slightly hairy feel produced by the rough milled durum wheat, which is what gives this pasta its less smooth, more fibrous consistancy.
