Important Information for Pioneer Bank Online Banking Customers Key Dates Now through Thursday, February 20 — You will have full access to all of your Pioneer Bank Online Banking functions including transferring funds and paying bills until 11:59 pm. Friday, February 21 — You may continue to look up balances and activity on your accounts in Online Banking and download statements through 4:59 pm. Transfer and bill pay functions will no longer be available. Friday, February 21 @ 5:00 pm Pioneer Banks Online Banking will go offline. You will no longer be able to view your Pioneer Bank account transaction history and statements, nor will you have access to Online Banking over the weekend of February 22-23. Monday, February 24 @ 8:00 am Customers may log into First State Banks Online Banking for the first time and sign up to receive Online Statements. Logging into First State Banks Online Banking (Available Monday, February 24 @ 8:00 am) Go to bankfirststate.com. You will see our Online Banking Login on the top right side of our home page. You will want to log into our Personal Online Banking (even if you are a small business). User ID: Your First State Bank Online Banking User ID will be the same as your Pioneer Bank Online Banking User ID. Simply enter it in all lowercase letters. Example: Pioneer Bank User ID: JSmith9857 First State Bank User ID: jsmith9857 Password: Your temporary password to log into First State Bank s Online Banking will be the last 6 digits of the user s social security number. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Please refer to Password Requirements for help on choosing your new password. Pioneer Bank Online Banking Customers

Key Dates

Now through Thursday, February 20 — You will have full access to all of your Pioneer Bank Online

Banking functions including transferring funds and paying bills until 11:59 pm.

Friday, February 21 — You may continue to look up balances and activity on your accounts in Online

Banking and download statements through 4:59 pm. Transfer and bill pay functions will no longer be

Friday, February 21 @ 5:00 pm — Pioneer Bank’s Online Banking will go offline. You will no longer be

able to view your Pioneer Bank account transaction history and statements, nor will you have access to

Online Banking over the weekend of February 22-23.

Monday, February 24 @ 8:00 am — Customers may log into First State Bank’s Online Banking for the

first time and sign up to receive Online Statements.

Logging into First State Bank’s Online Banking (Available Monday, February 24 @ 8:00 am)

Go to bankfirststate.com. You will see our Online Banking Login on the top right

side of our home page. You will want to log into our Personal Online Banking

(even if you are a small business).

User ID: Your First State Bank Online Banking User ID will be the same as

your Pioneer Bank Online Banking User ID. Simply enter it in all lowercase letters.

Example: Pioneer Bank User ID: JSmith9857

First State Bank User ID: jsmith9857

Password: Your temporary password to log into First State Bank ’s Online

Banking will be the last 6 digits of the user’s social security number. When you

log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Please

refer to Password Requirements for help on choosing your new password.

Authentication

For your security, you will be required to authenticate your login via text message or phone call, or by answering

a series of security questions, when you log in for the first time and any time you log in from a different device.

The phone number you are using must be listed with the customer records we have for you in our system

in order to complete this step via text message or phone call. (Note, authentication may also be required

if you delete cookies from your computer or device, or if an update occurs with your internet browser.)

Enrolling in Online Statements

Starting February 24, 2020, you will receive paper statements from First State Bank unless you enroll in Online

Statements. Online Statements are the fastest way to see your statements and are typically available to view and

download the day after your statement cut date. Additionally, 36 months of statement history (beginning with your

first statement after 2/24/20) will be available to you in Online Banking.

Here’s how to enroll:

1. After logging into Online

Banking, click on the

Customer Service tab in

the menu bar.

2. Under the Account

Maintenance column,

select Change statement

delivery method.

3. Under Delivery Method, click

the drop-down arrow next to

each account and change to

Online.

4. Check the box to agree to

the terms of the Online

Statements and Disclosures

Agreement.

5. Click the Submit button.

TIP: If you wish to change your User ID to one that is not all lower case letters, click the Customer

Service menu tab. Under Account Maintenance, select Change user ID.

TIP: If you are a signer for a business or organization and have previously viewed accounts for these

entities within your personal Online Banking, you will need to re-enroll these non-owned accounts under

a separate Online Banking user ID and password starting February 24, 2020.

Transfer Capabilities

You will be able to transfer funds between your owned First State Bank deposit accounts and loans, starting

Monday, February 24, at 8:00 am.

1. Upon logging into Online Banking, click on the Pay and Transfer menu tab.

2. Under Funds Transfer, select Make a transfer to perform a one-time transfer or to schedule transfers.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Any transfers between accounts via Pioneer Bank’s Online Banking scheduled for February 22-23, 2020,

will be processed on Monday, February 24, 2020. Any previously scheduled transfers occurring on

or after February 24, 2020, should take place as scheduled and will show under Scheduled transfers.

Alerts

You will need to set up any alerts you wish to have with your First State Bank Online Banking; your current alerts in

Pioneer Bank’s Online Banking will not carry over. You will, however, be automatically enrolled to have an alert

sent to your email address on file when your contact information has changed.

You will be able to set up both email and text alerts in Online Banking for your deposit accounts and loans, debit

card, and bill payment activity, along with general service alerts for Online Banking.

1. Upon logging into Online

Banking, click on the Customer

Service menu tab.

2. Under Contact options click

Manage alerts to pick and

choose from the options available.

TIP: If you have downloaded First State Bank ’s Mobile Banking App, you will also be able to

transfer funds from your mobile device. Simply click the red “+” once logged in to bring up Transfer, Bill Pay, and Mobile Check Deposit options.

Bill Pay

Current Bill Pay Customers — If you are a customer who has been using Pioneer Bank’s Online Bill Pay, this

service will be transferred to your First State Bank Online Banking. Most payments you have previously

established will occur as they should providing all of the payee information (such as address) is up-to-date in your

Pioneer Bank Online Bill Pay.

1. To access Bill Pay, click

on Pay and Transfer

from the menu tabs.

2. Select Pay bills.

3. Not a Bill Pay

Customer? — If you

are interested in signing

up for First State Bank’s

Online Bill Pay, it’s

easy! Upon logging into

Online Banking, click on

the Customer Service

menu tab and select

Change user profile

under Account Maintenance.

Mobile Banking App

Your Pioneer Bank Mobile Banking App will no longer be functional as of 5:00 pm on Friday, February 21, 2020.

You will be able to set up your new First State Bank Mobile Banking App beginning at 8:00 am on

Monday, February 24.

1. To get started, log into your First State Bank Online Banking to be sure you can access your accounts.

2. Download First State Bank’s Mobile Banking app (search “First State Bank WI” in your app store), then

use your Online Banking user ID and password to access our Mobile Banking app directly from your Android

phone or tablet or iPhone (not available for iPads).

3. You will be prompted to authenticate your device.

4. You should be all set to start exploring your new Mobile Banking app!

TIP: Prior to 5:00 pm on Friday, February 21, we recommend you log in to your Pioneer Bank

Online Bill Pay and verify the address and other information you have listed in Bill Pay against your most

recent invoice. Please update any out-of-date information you notice.
