This course provides the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement anduse Epiphany Insight.

The course starts with an overview of the Epiphany architecture and implementationprocess, then moves on to a close examination of concepts and operations required toimplement an Epiphany system. You are provided with detailed process flow charts,written procedures, and realistic examples to support your learning. In class, yourinstructor will demonstrate each procedure. Based on a business scenario, you will havethe opportunity for hands-on practice as you implement an Epiphany system.
