The Business Impact Initiative (Bi2) prepares influential leaders to address the biggest opportunities

manufacturers are facing today. By providing a world-class curriculum and customized, one-on-one

coaching, this program focuses on driving transformation to address issues or opportunities specific to

their organization. This combination of practical application and coaching helps guide each participant to

identify critical projects of influence, leading to a clear, tactical path of redefining their contribution on the

organization’s strategic initiatives that results in a positive, sustainable impact on the business.

Bi2 is directed by Todd Tommaney, Catalyst Connection’s Senior Organizational

Excellence Consultant. Todd has over 12 years of experience in leadership positions

in the manufacturing sector, including steel and laser optics. His specialty is

leveraging his experience in the manufacturing industry into practical solutions.

Todd holds an MBA from Point Park University as well as a Bachelor of Science in

Business Administration. Additionally, he is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds

additional certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Leadership and Metallurgy.
