We have 400 embroidery heads situated in 2 buildings and 350 workers working on three shifts per day.
The training and apprenticeship program entails 2 weeks of Individualized training, biannual continuing education, and 3 different certification levels: novice, intermediate & advanced
Each employee receives a quarterly accountability check to discuss performance. Statistics are kept to track units, stitches, efficiencies, scrap rate, scrap reason code, etc.
We carry 5 brands of thread to ensure that we always have a perfect match for the threads requested by the client.
We provide complete warehouse and logistic services for some apparel brands.
