The firm was founded in November 2014. From the beginning, we had a vision of a “new age” effectiveness, which could be achieved with the efficient use of technology to streamline the legal and administrative processes within the firm. What we do Overview of Our Services

— Instructing us to assist with your immigration matter is an important commitment and we want to ensure we meet your expectations. So, how do you get started?

— The first step is always to book a consultation with one of our immigration advisers so that we can assess your immigration matter and advise on the available options. If you are based overseas, you can book a consultation over the phone, skype or email.

After the consultation, you will receive a quotation for our fees, as well as an indication of the

current Home Office fees. We deduct our consultation fee from our full legal fees, if later instructed to act for you.

Once you are ready to proceed with the case, you will receive further information by email on the steps required to finalise opening a case file and making a payment of our legal fees on account.

For Individuals PersonalImmigrationOur immigration lawyers provide professional immigration law advice and representation to individuals looking to enter or remain in the UK for work, study or family reasons.

— Our main expertise is working with private individuals. We take on cases of varying complexity under all immigration categories. Our work further includes the most complex appeal cases and administrative review matters.

We are renowned for our work in the immigration sector. We work on matters of varying complexities, be it under UK Immigration Rules, under EU law or in some instances, applications outside the rules.

1Settlement

— Settlement, or more commonly known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) allows applicants to live and work in the UK without any restrictions. The status allows immigrants to settle in the UK and may entitle them to naturalise as British Citizens.

You can qualify for ILR through various immigration routes, the most common of which are Tier 1, Tier 2, spouse, and long residence.

3Citizenship

— To naturalise as a British citizen, you will need to meet certain statutory criteria with regard to your immigration status, length of residence in the UK, future intentions, knowledge of English language and life in the UK, and good character.

Some applicants may be eligible to apply for British passport directly based on their parentage, others may need to register as British before they turn 18 years of age. British nationality law is extremely complex and may need an in depth assessment of applicants' circumstances.

2Spouse & Family

— Family visa allows you to live with a family member in the UK for more than 6 months. You can apply for Family Visa to live with your spouse or partner, fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner.

Spouse visas are available to spouses of British nationals or those settled in the UK. The visa requires a genuine and subsisting relationship in addition to financial, accomodation, language and other requirements.

4Visitors & Students

— You can apply for a Standard Visitor visa if you want to visit the UK for reasons including leisure, family, and business. You can usually stay in the UK for up to 6 months during a single visit under the standard visitor visa. The visas are issued for 6 months, 2, 5 and 10 years.

To come to study in the UK, you may need to apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa. Students between 4-17 years old can apply for the Tier 4 (Child) student visa to study at the UK's independent schools. The place of study will need to issue a CAS to the applicant among other requirements.

Invest or Start a Business in the UK

Tier 1 Categories—Tier 1 (Investor), Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) and Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) are the main sub-categories under Tier 1 route.

You can apply for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa if you want to set up or run a business in the UK. You will need to have access to funds of £50,000 or £200,000 (depending on your circumstances) to invest in the UK business.

You can apply for a Tier 1 Investor visa if you have access to at least £2,000,000 in investment funds. You can invest £2,000,000 or more in UK government bonds, share capital or loan capital in active and trading UK registered companies.

Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur visa is for those graduates who have been officially endorsed as having a genuine and credible business idea.

Application Refusals

Right of AppealRights of appeal have been significantly reduced in recent times, and most types of visa applications no longer have the right of appeal. Only cases concerning human rights, asylum or removal from the UK now have the right of appeal, with few limited exceptions.

Your Home Office decision letter should state if an appeal is available and we can provide full legal support during the entire appeal process.

Pre-Action Protocol Judicial ReviewsJudicial Review lets you challenge the way the decision was made if you believe it was unlawful, unreasonable, or unfair.

In the absence of appeal rights, it may be possible to challenge the decision by way of Judicial Review against the UKVI / Home Office within 3 months from the date of the decision.

We will need to assess your circumstances in order to advise you if Judicial Review is appropriate and will explain what the process entails.

EEA Immigration Services

EU & EEA European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) citizens living in the UK can make applications for Registration Certificates, Permanent Residence documents, and British citizenship.

There is no current requirement for EEA citizens to apply for any documents to prove that you can live in the UK unless you want to apply for British citizenship or want to sponsor your non-EEA partner’s visa application.
