Slide valveIMI Z&J offers slide valves designed to Process Licensors specifications for the refining industry. Double Disc through Conduit (DDTC)Our patented DDTC gate valve boasts the latest technology available. Since its introduction into the market, this valve has eliminated previous designs. It offers true double block and purge performance within one valve body by means of two independent, separate shut-off discs. The design minimises seat wear due to the internal split-wedge-ball device, which gives clearance to move and releases the seat-force prior to gate movement. The DDTC valve has been specially developed to handle abrasive media under high temperature, providing reliable, positive tight shut-off.

IMI Z&J successfully introduced electric actuated automated Unheading devices for Delayed coking drums. As a key part of this thermal cracking process our top and bottom unheading devices
ensure reliable but most importantly, remote safe unheading to optimise the operation efficiency. Our Delayed Coking product range also covers innovative revamp solutions and optimised controlsystems. We are well established and acceptedsolution provider for Process Licensors i.e. FW,CB&I, BECHTEL.
Petrochemical IMI Z&J is world & technology leader in the supply of Transfer Line Valves (TLV) & Decoking Valves (DV) for ethylene production plants. These valves perform the critical task of a safe opening/closing of the process lines and switching the plant’s operation between decoking and process mode. We are a well established provider for Process Licensors i.e. Linde, Technip, S&W, CB&I Lummus.
For dehydrogenation process (conversion of propane to propylene for plastics) IMI Z&J produce a range of inlet and outlet valves for air and hydrocarbon as well as for purging.
