A: I am involved in delivering lessons and carrying out assessments. I also plan and deliver laboratory sessions for the physics students.

Q: What is your career history?A: I worked as a business manager for a small

recruitment firm for six years. I then worked as an insurance analyst/project manager for another six years before making the move to work in education. Q: What do you like best about teaching students at the Leeds International Study Centre?

A: They are keen to learn and very brave to do it in a foreign culture and/or language. That eagerness to learn, not just the technical aspect of their studies but also about the culture around them, is key to their success.

Q: What do you like most about life in Leeds?A: Being able to escape to the quiet countryside or

coast. I love taking my kids to Golden Acre Park and farms around Leeds.
