good passwords. Create a password to your email that includes
special characters (*, &, %, etc.), numbers AND letters. I%L^M(K)98716 is a great password
Use of email Work-related issues only No personal email No forwarding of viruses, chain letters,
or information that the addressee should not see.
No use of company email to do work for a second job
