University credits (CFU) will be recognized to those who request it after passing a final test. Course programme: - A 2 weeks course of 50 hours at the cost of € 600.00 (40 hours of Italian language and 10 hours of in-depth special studies of one of the two subjects as set above) - Or a 4 weeks course of 100 hours at the cost of € 1,000.00 (80 hours of Italian language and 20 hours of in-depth special studies of one of the two subjects as set above). The fee also includes accommodation in the University Colle- ges Regarding the board, the students will be able to go to the university canteen (€ 4 for a complete meal) or the self catering kitchen in the university colleges. The programme includes also trips and excursions in some of the main art cities in Italy included in the enrolment fee. The Italian language course will include: Italian Language and Culture Reflections on the language and work on texts The in-depth special studies will cover the following subjects: Tourism and Landscape (Course A) Territory and landscape The main tourist sites in Le Marche and Italy Cultural heritage and its exploitation in tourism Tourism and production of quality food History of Italian Art and Music (Course B) Ancient art The archaeological sites in Le Marche Medieval and modern art History of Italian music: the Opera Dates: The Summer School courses will start on July 5, 2010 the Winter School courses will start on January 10, 2011 Target students: The course is targeted at foreign students coming from all over the world.
