Response According to the video, it seems that the teacher is very active. It is because the teacher did the activities together with the students. But every teaching has its own weaknesses. For example, the students themselves do not understand the English very well, so it can slow down the teaching and learning process. However, the teacher himself did a great job to encounter the problems by scaffolding the students step by step. It shows the integrity of a teacher to conduct the lesson. The teacher uses a variety of sources which he can get from multiple providers. It is a good attitude to let the students master every parts of language based on the lesson using multiple sources. There are also rooms for improvements. Firstly, the teacher needs to be an assertive teacher so that students know what the teacher wants from them. It is also a good habit for a teacher to set the ground rules, so it helps the teacher himself to control the students during the lesson.

How I would teach the lesson.The lesson is on animals and prepositions.

1. I would provide the students with a more interesting induction. For example by wearing a costume. Therefore, the students are to guess who I am.2. Next, during the presentation part I would provide pictures of the animals so that the students can recognise them in the future. Rather than using flash cards or picture cards, I would use a laptop, LCD and speakers. This way the students can listen to the sounds of the animals while looking at the pictures. I would be more interesting.3. During the practice stage, I would conduct a physical activity where the students move around the class to copy the prepositions of the animal according to the pictures that I have put around the class.4. This physical activity is more interesting than the students just listening.5. At the end of the lesson, they would list out all the new words that they have learned during the lesson.
