Day 2 – Understanding how to be an effective communicator; modes and methods of communication and when and how to use them. Day 3 – Understanding management styles; characteristics of an effective leader; motivational drivers and effective delegation techniques Day 4 – How to manage performance, an overview key legislation relevant to team leaders; appraising others and giving feedback in the right way.
